Has anyone sucessfully (UK or otherwise) used one of these with the MFSW?
It says it supports MINI/BMW. Thinking of getting an infrared thingy for my ipod and using this to control it (sitting safely in the gloveboy, aux-in enabled).
Three questions to anyone that has:-
1. How much is it (shipping to UK?)
2. Would a standard car audio place install it (or indeed BMW if I paid?) - is it a big job?
3. Will it let my MFSW control the standard headunit (boost+h/k) as it does now, but then perhaps, when switching to AUX (ie. ipod) set up the lhs middle switch to turn to infrared communication rather than headunit? ie. it functions as normal unless I ask it to change to the ipod when in aux mode??
