: Chilterns Run II Banter and discussion dcfkan Jan 12th, 2004, 09:57 PM Thats right...........are you guiding them out?
They are not far from the main road (Marylebone Road) which is effectively the A40, and not that far from my place :)
So yes, if they need help in getting out of London :)
DK ;) :apple: AidenL Jan 12th, 2004, 09:59 PM A mini MINI convoy then ! :) Goonery Jan 12th, 2004, 09:59 PM This is becoming an operation with military precision planning, Today High Wycombe, tomorrow the World :D :D :D Martin L Jan 12th, 2004, 10:01 PM I wonder how many are staying in the hotel, Martin, any idea? ;)
I've got no idea
One day I'll trapes though the registering thread and decipher the hotel bookings from all the banter  :p mad brummie Jan 12th, 2004, 10:02 PM sounds like a normal london planning excercise to me!!! :D i think its a case of tapping High Wycombe into the Sat Nav and following the instructions!!!! :D dcfkan Jan 12th, 2004, 10:03 PM Thats true DK, Rick said its not far out of the way for him, so I'll jump on board with him, better for me than getting lost on a bus around the M25 ! :D
Up to you ;)
The No. 7 bus route is my way to and from Selfridges, and I know it backwards. If you board the bus at the bus stop outside Selfridges the department store, it will take you to RS - you cannot get lost!
I have dozed off on the bus before and still end up safe and sound at RS many a times :D
As I said, it is up to you ;) Mind you, I would probably take up on Rick's offer myself if I were you :D

Fuzzy and I have a hire car, but we had to go out of town to get a CVT. Neither of us felt adventurous enough to shift with the wrong hand. :D I can see it now, I go to slip it into third, the hand goes a bit too far, and Fuzzy gets a big surprise.
The MINI rental people will pick us up from Winchester Station, then we drive up to the hotel. Dora you are so sweet, but it's probably easier if we just take the train to there. Any advice? AidenL Jan 12th, 2004, 10:13 PM I can see it now, I go to slip it into third, the hand goes a bit too far, and Fuzzy gets a big surprise.

:D mad brummie Jan 12th, 2004, 10:14 PM i ain't suprised tbh!!! :D but what you two get upto in the privacy of your own home is your business!! Winchester Station, you'll need to take the train from Waterloo station.
It's easy to take the tube down to there. Get on at Googe Street or Euston Square whichever is closer to your hotel and take the Northen line going southbound. Should only take 10-15 mins to get to Waterloo ;)
Winchester on the other hand is quite far down south
Probably take about an hour to get to High Wycombe, you might want to convoy up with some of the South Coasters :) AprilWhine Jan 12th, 2004, 10:36 PM Thanks Martin! That's exactly the kind of advice we need!
Any south coasters here, willing to lead some poor lost furriners to Wycombe? :) Rakey Jan 12th, 2004, 10:39 PM hmm, how did I miss this thread? Speedd Jan 12th, 2004, 10:50 PM is this the p155: eds thread :(
