When the tours start again in March, there will be as rumoured a small charge.
Basically its £3.00 per person, or £30.00 for educational establishment groups(school/college etc)
The reason for the charge is to cover expenses of the tour bus, equipment, refreshments, and the literature/CD packs. The good news is that part of the cost is going to WhizzKidz charity.
Hopefully, there will be developments on a merchandise operation, but thats still not showing any signs of happening yet.
Attendees can fill in questionnaires as to what they think of the tour, so maybe suggestions about MINI gear for sale might help.

I was surprised they didn't charge before - £3.00 is still a bargain ;)
