Just the stocks I coulda gotten with my Service Plan 600 miles ago if I had any confidence they had any chance of meeting their replacement standards.... oh. wait. EBC Greenstuff front and Mintex rear. I've had it sworn to me, by someone with money to be made, that the stock setup has no need whatsoever for crossdrill or slotted rotors.

Ended up getting crossdrilled Zimmerbach rotors or some such brand supposedly common to Porsche but heretofore unheard of by me. Not psyched about crossdrilled - but it wiill LOOK better... Distributor screw up. Bedding tonight. Do NOT tailgate.

The folks at BMW Foreign Motors West in Natick seemed to be quite confident that they would be selling the MINI by this Fall

What is the criteria for awarding a MINI dealership? it can not be too selective if they accept the likes of H.C. or the price gouging Southern Cal dealers

Dealerships are a franchise. No award at all, as far I know. Just money and real estate independent of the BMW storefront. All hail the almighty dollar.

I had squealing after I "upgraded" - mostly on gentle braking; really hard braking I guess clamped them enough to shut them up.
Got the "anti squeal kit" (some rubber bits) and had MOP put it on (they did the original pads).

Thinking I might junk the green stuff and go back to stock - I think the stock stopped better!

We'll see. They have a better bite but the midrange is suffering so far. Zimmerman crossdriled rotors.
