Not at all...I've got rules. I promise they will be up before the end of the week. We are pulling together a registeration process so a little patience will get you lots in the rules part. But basically, for planning purposes....make your own chili (don't buy it from Wendy's, please); there will be two judging groups (people's choice & Official Judging group). Other than that, the rest of the rules are pretty basic...like have fun and enjoy the party. If you have any other questions before formal rules are posted, please let me know and I'll answer you.
