Please avoid lowering the tone
Some of us visit M2 during work, and graphic files of scantly clad ladies do not go down well in the office!
DK  :apple: LEECE Apr 14th, 2004, 09:07 AM anyway that underwear is dis-tasteful ;) dcfkan Apr 14th, 2004, 09:16 AM can i dye my wedding dress :p (joke) oooohh new dress shopping yayyyyyyyyyyyyy
Why not?
A lot of dress patterns under "Bridal wear" can be adopted for evening wear, just by changing the colour/fabric combinations ;)
Hence, sewing pattern brands tend to group bridal, special occassions and evening wear together under one section ;)
DK ;) :apple: LEECE Apr 14th, 2004, 09:24 AM suppose i could ill see ....... i could always wear one of the bridesmaids dresses they are lovely and a lovely colour too .... :D Mike Clarke Apr 14th, 2004, 09:57 AM hehe thanks Mike. a helpful male sitting outside the changing room?? surely not?! ;) :D
i don't wear clothes that are that dodgy, honest! i actually bought it for a top that i've never worn. it was £1.50 and pure silk but it's just too revealing. i've used the tape a couple of times though, just to make sure everything stays where it should ;)These days sitting outside the changing rooms is my idea of an extreme sport. :D MiniAdventurer Apr 14th, 2004, 10:38 AM no lowering the tone- this is a civilised thread thankyou :) men welcome as long as they behave ;)
although that range of underwear is well known for working well with revealing dresses so i think i'll accept that as a useful contribution. hehe ;) ruthie Apr 14th, 2004, 11:30 AM Clare, you have any more input? :) MiniAdventurer Apr 14th, 2004, 11:42 AM well, www.net-a-porter.com has some absolutely gorgeous dresses. strictly for ideas though because some of them are into the thousands :o the matthew williamson one is beautiful though- but i'm not meant to be looking for me ;) will send you a picture of my ball dress soon though. just not revealing it to someone before the day ;)
if you're shopping in england, designers at debenhams is really good if you find a big store. they have lots of ball gowns. not too expensive either, so more money to donate to the charity ;) mad brummie Apr 14th, 2004, 11:45 AM will send you a picture of my ball dress soon though. just not revealing it to someone before the day ;)
