Does anybody have the Black honeycomb accessory grill fitted to a cooper or cooper S without the aero kit? If so..how did you fit the lower grill (smaller piece) to the bumper. I was told it has a tendency to pop out. Thanks.

I did it and it's not very hard but it takes time...

You have to remove the front bumper (easy job, many how-to's!) and make the aero lower grill fit on the bumper (using a knife, or a dremel).
