I know a black grill comes with the Aero kit, but does anyone know if you can buy a black grill on its own. Not upto 1K plus on body kit at the moment.

it used to be listed as a spare i got a quote fore a front aroe skirt and all the bits are orderd seperatley

Black grills look ace. I will prob buy aero kit, but will be keen to see if they sell grill seperate, as im not overly keen on this chrome lark yet!! (part from interior!)

Mmm just had a look in the part leafet and it does list part numbers for the grill, doen't say black but I guess I can confirm that with a dealer.

Funny for the Cooper S says only with Aero Kit but doesn't say the same for Cooper.

Anyone have any idea if this is offered on the 2005s as well? The grill seems a tad bit different, so I wasn't sure... that would look great!

I spoke with one of the technicians from my dealer on Saturday who said that you can fit the black grille without going for the whole kit.

MINI Ones come with a black grille and I bet lots of One owners would like to have chrome grills. May be you could arrange a grille swap with a One owner via the MINI One section of tis forum.

Cost would then be zilch and there would be a happy One owener too! :D

Thanks, ordered the Aero grill and top bumper grill today, which should replace the existing two halves of the chrome grill.

Will find out at weekend anyway, good idea about the Mini one, if this doesnt work will try it.

Did anyone ever find out where to get an Aero grill?

Can it just be ordered from BMW or where else? I need it to be cheap. Cheaper than a really cheap thing! :D

As far as i know you can order them from the dealers :)
