What is this? Is this so I can hook up like an XM radio easily?

This if for MP3 players and PDA's etc. I do not know of anyone using the AUX for XM but if the receiver has an aux output it would work.

Is the only palce to purchase this aux input cable from a mini dealer? They want $40 for it but I didn't see if I can get it without installation fees.
