Since I got her, I have become once again addicted to driving.... (anyone need a lift anywhere soon??) She is now one day shy of a month old (going by delivery date) and the Cotswolds was her fourth MINI2 run!!

Did you mention something about going to the factory....? If you are going give us a shout.... if i'm about i will be up for it!!

Did anyone see the cream convertable classic car near the towns?

I was getting a bit to over confident and ended sliding....yes sliding very close to the convertable (orange) mini cooper in front.

I have now realised traction control/abs and gravel do not go well together - one of many close calls

Oh and a hello to the couple with car "W10 RKX" black cooper s with black standard grill - i passed on my advice re my meshed scoop at the lunch break whilst fighting off those evil wasps - i saw your grill and love it - how did you get the chrome black ? was it sprayed and does it stay on?

:D Had a fantastic weekend thanks to the organisers, we were a bit worried about getting lost on our first run but the run notes were spot on. :D

Good night Saturday although us oldies were in bed early ;) .Nice to meet old and new faces.

Didn't see Go Mini but then again you dont see them very often anyway :D

The highlight of the trip was see the group of classic minis from Europe who were on a run themselves :cool: :cool:
Looks like they were doing our run but in the opposite direction. We came across them coming the other way so many times :D :D

Yeah, GoMINI were there. They took some piccis of my car & asked me a coupla questions :D:D

Yeh, that was one of the highlights for me- seeing all those classics! ..... FEEL THE LOVE!!!!! ....... they all waved and flashed apart from one of them who gave us the extra special SUPRISE of the fingers LOL!!!!! Was really fun seeing them.

Also loved it when we went through a village what was quite packed with people and every single person stopped and turned round ..... the place was silent!!

Yay!! We stunned people into silence.

well after washing the MINI last night it looks like the M3 is gonna add nearly as much mess to her on the way home tonight. torrents of rain here at the mo in London...

yeah definately......we came out from a very tight lane onto a main road and there was this old guy blocking the traffic in his car waving us to go through :eek:

what car can you have so much fun in and be accepted by kids to grannies :rolleyes:

The notes were really good and we only had to turn round once (luckily i wasn't at the front!) And thanks to MartinSSZ and his co-driver mrrichlev for leading us for most of the day, i'll never forget the sight of your cooper s getting major air when we were out on our own :D
