I was going to drive down to UC-Davis to help with our MINI Cooper CVT in the Ride & Drive Day on Thursday, 9/23 next week, but that drive can't happen now due to an unexpected family situation. I'll fly down for the day, but must locate a car to use.

Are there any MINI Cooper CVT owners in the greater Sacramento area who would like to gather to show off your cars through the day, between 10:00am-4:00pm, and would anyone be willing to loan your car to me for this part of the day? Some of the scientists and other attendees will be given a ride around a section of the campus to show them how the technology functions in the MINI.

We will also meet at 4:30pm at the Silo Cafe & Pub (530-752-6262, on campus) for a discussion on CVT technologies, and the MINI experience specifically.
