Okay, have heard from Ann - am unsure whether she will make it or not. First night out in ages tonight where she has been able to get a babysitter. Dunno how fragile she is going to feel tomorrow. Was talking of just coming as far as PITS - at this point I guess I wouldn't be counting on her.

Haven't heard back from Rudolph Werner either. (.au referral) last I heard they were planning to meet us at PITS. (That was Friday). Maybe count on them for lunch.

Haven't seen the weather forecast for tomorrow, hopefully the hostel is wrong. Often thunderstorms just come in the afternoon/evening anyway. Here, when it rains it really rains, but it doesn't tend to last long.

`Twas a great day. Was awesome to meet so many new people. The Red Bull MINI made an appearance and stayed with us the whole day. (did you organise that Brad Robinson?)

If all the commitments we have been given come through, we raised over $1000.00!! (Exact details will be posted once the paperwork is sorted) which isn't bad considering it was little more than a whip round.

Was great to meet the Buttons & Co. Hope you enjoy the rest of your stay in Australia.

I thought it might add a little colour to the event and might also help keep everybody wide awake for the trip home. :D :D Great to hear it was a succesful day and congrats on your fundraising efforts for the Red Cross Tsunami Appeal . . well done.

I had to go up to Tamworth then over to Coffs, just got back . . . 45 degrees on some parts of the New England last Friday. Even the tar was melting in a few places. :(

I had a run with the cobras today - unfarkenbelivable!! I found some great 'miniesque' roads...

The weather was perfect cobra weather!
