Well happy to report that I managed to get 10K for the car in px agaainst new one d for March/April del.
Went for liquid yellow this time ( more wifes thought than mine ). Anyone with this colour had second thoughts since buying ?

Shortage of cars available for resale at dealers helped me get a reasonable price.

Kept my spec basic as it is purely for learners and want to keep costs down - salt, sports seats, leather steering wheel, heated washers/mirrors.

Liquid Yellow is a great colour, makes you stand out in the boring crowd! Having EB next for a change!

Have to report that after thinking about it I changed my colour choice to EB yesterday.

EB stands out, and 'Er Indoors finds that it doesn't show the dirt as much as some of the other colours. She reckons that it's less visible to other motorists than the CR she had before though.

The photos were taken at a Children's Hospice in Devon giving the youngsters a go behind the wheel.

Redmini,
Pictures look great , can you give me a guide price for the graphics on the school car. Have you got a pic showing the rear ?
Take it they are removable.

RedMINI, Love the MINIs, and that Number plate on the EB is good!!!
PW/Black would have been my 2nd choice Aston, I think it is very similar to LY/Black, thats why I went for EB to have a change!
Whatever colour, make sure you post some pics!!!

Lurcher - The graphics were £440 in standard or £560 reflective, including the roof board. I'm afraid that I don't have any particularly good photos but some are attached. In all honesty the green logos on the back are probably going to come off as they don't look right.

The graphics they had before was cheaper but this is much better quality vinyl. It comes off fine, but it took a few hours when we stripped it all off the CR. Just warm it with a hair dryer and pull an edge with a finger nail.

Yellow/Black - Thank you for your comment about the number plate. It goes well with mine. We were stopped for petrol once and a lady came up to us and said "are you together?". When we answered "yes" she said "did you know your number plates are nearly the same?" For once 'Er Indoors was lost for words.

I like this 1!

Looks like the Chevrons on a Police car!

The reflectives are quite interesting on motorways at night as faster traffic coming up behind always seems to slow down just to make sure it's not a police car.........
