Another Stupid question - but is it possible to retro fit leather seats ? ( say if u bought a 2nd hand mini that had only half leather.. is it possible to make it full leather? )

Anything is possible. It just takes money. You might look around for a used set of all leather seats. While I like mine, there is those who don't like the factory seats and have replaced them with others.

Yes it is possible :D I had mine done two days after picking up the new S:D :D
Done by Newton Commercial, all I can say is after two years they are still as good as new:D :D
