I'm off to pick up Special Agent Cooper in the morning! Lord Byron is planning on staying at home to nap and fart about until about 2:00 in the afternoon. Oh I mean, guard the house like a good watchdog!

I paided and took delivery of my car on the June 4th, then I was out of town on business from the 5th until 16th. Yes it was painful, but I have been oh so happy yesterday and today.

The hard part now is to keep checking back here, it's been sunny in the med 70's all week. Perfect "top down weather".

Listen for a squeal on warm days above 2500 rpm. We had to have an alternator belt tensioner replaced and the dealer said they've had a couple like this in the last week.

Hi all! I finally broke down and joined your group. I have been such a voyer in this chat room for so long i started to feel guilty. So here goes: order my blk, conv., auto, S on May 14 from Crevier, went into prod on May 16th (lucky me). Born on 5/25, boarded the Pacific Breeze 5/29, schedualed for west coast 6/20 and I should get it before july. Does anyone have any info on the Pacific Breeze ? And yes I realize how lucky I have been with my timming on this mini.

Im already thinking of what type of cover Im going to have made up so put over the seats (I think Ill put them down when he is in the car.) I bought one of those dogy seat belts too. If your ever in Manhatan Beach and you see a bulldog with goggles in a black conv. mini....thats Homer and me (Liliy).

yes, I just wasn't sure how to spell 'Hueneme!' It was the 'Marble Highway' that was getting in on the 20th (to Port Hueneme). I have never been exactly sure whether my MINI was on the Pacific Breeze or the Marble Highway, since I was told the arrival date would be either the 19th or 20th. But I like the name Pacific Breeze best, so I decided that that's the one it's on! :D

You'll get yours think week though, I'll bet, since your MINI doesn't have to travel all the way North to get to you!

I went to pick up my photos last night. I had paid extra for next day service and to get them on a CD as well.

Insert howling banshee scream here as NONE of the pictures came out of the Mini. This is another reason I'm getting a digital camera as soon as possible.

Yes, I'm a member of NorCalMINIs, but I have yet to attend an official event. Seems like I've been "busy" anytime something has come up. :rolleyes: We'll see as summer progresses!

My pepper white baby arrived at the dealership yesterday afternoon!!! YAY!!! Saw it today, an he looks AWESOME!!! I cannot wait until next week when I can finally pick him up!! Pics will soon follow once I get them out of my camera!!

Well, let me know what they say. I've been a little more fortunate - the owner's lounge is reporting that my guy is at the distribution center with an expected delivery date of 6/25. But you're closer (I'm up in Northern California), so yours should've come first! Are you sure you were loaded onto the Pacific Breeze?

Gender, let the name decide. For me the name was no help, "BB", so I am going to wait a while and "BB" can be gender neutral, after all shes still a baby.

Oh no, I just call her - she - I guess it is decided, "BB" is a girl!
