Kind of weird, I've been meticulously tracking my MCS. It was booked on W&W and then somehow missed the boat and was rebooked on a later voyage. Suddenly, I cannot search my VIN # on their site and I have a delivery date of next week!! This is 2 weeks before I expected it... Does this sound right? It's as if the car suddenly appeared at the VPC and is no longer on W&W's list...

Sounds like you have a very special MCS there -- one capable of teleporting itself across the Atlantic!

W-W is not the only means of getting across the pond. It sounds like you were put onto another company's ship (K-line or NYK) and that ship is either at or very near the VPC, so your car should be at the dealer shortly. Be happy!

Yup - you are on another line. The great news is, you probably shipped a week ago and are 1/2 way here already! You will need to call ask mini to get the actual update - they will tell you what day it shipped. You will not be able to track it on other lines however.

I called ASK MINI and they said that they can't see anything after it hits the Southampton pier, the process is a bit of a "black hole". They don't know what line it's on or any other dates. It was just funny how after it disappeared, they posted a 4/11 delivery date. not sure how they came up with that.

My MA said that it is on "a ship" scheduled to arrive after the 11th. Not a lot of help there...:rolleyes:

Anyway, the wait is killing me. Been washing the garage floor and making sure there are no items on the walls or rafters that could accidentally fall on her. I even replaced some of the lights in the garage to give it a softer mood. i think I'll put some speakers in there so she can listen to music at night...:D :D :D
