Well, looks like I will be joining the others on the ISOLDE. I just learned that I have been booked and received at the terminal for an earlier than expected departure. Nice! Glad to be joining the others on the skip across the pond :D

Not sure yet. I thought I'd wait to contact my MA when the boat docks in Jersey City on the 15th. Then I will hound him for a delivery date.

I'd love to pick up my car on June 22nd, which is my 41st birthday. I think that's pushing it :D

I just called ASK MINI (for the first time) today. My MINI finished production yesterday and is currently in quality check.

Whoa, you ordered at the end of April and you have to wait four more weeks? Why? If you are in NW suburbs of Chgo than where did you place your order? Knauz or Patrick. I'm not trying to rub salt in an open wound or something but I too ordered at the end of April (29th) and my car is being prepped for delivery as we speak. I guess it just seems a little weird is all.

Ordered at Patrick. I was told the reason for the long wait was due to allocations of convertibles. Mine is a convertible. If I'd wanted a hard top the wait would have been alot shorter.

Oh thank you, thank you! I'd love to have my car the week of June 22nd, but I'm prepared for delivery at the end of June. (which would be on time according to my MA's estimate.)

No, that is the estimated delivery date to YOU! :D Not counting dealer installed options.

Mine was actually two days earlier than predicted in the OL. I wasn't able to pick it up then because of other plans.

Hopefully the updating on the WW site is a day behind like jetstar1 said, because my car still says "recieved at terminal", like is has since last Monday.

Sorry Stricks, if the boat has sailed and you are not listed as boarded, your MINI is still hanging around the docks. :(

One thing noticed, is that if your car is listed as being loaded but there is an asterick in front, you were bumped from that cruise. A day or two later, the starred cars were shown as booked on a later boat.

The expected delivery date is located just below the VIN, when it shows up. :)

One voice says, "it is only a difference of four days," but the other voice is pretty disappointed and cannot repeat what it is saying... :(

Hey, when did you order your MINI from the dealer, and what dealer did you order it from? I ordered mine exactly one week ago from The MINI Center in San Antonio and am trying to get an idea when production will start for mine.

After checking out the schedules, it looks like I WON'T be on the MORNING SAPPHIRE when in leaves Southampton on the 15th -- it's not going to Charleston, SC (the VDC for my dealer). It looks as though my next chance in the MIGNON on the 17th.

This all only matters, of course, if jetstar1's tip about the status not updating immediately falls through.

I think it's time to call your MA. For as long as you've been waiting, I bet your car left on a K Line ship. :) It seems like more and more of the Charleston bound cars are getting picked up by K Line. :) And they get your car here faster too.
