Has anyone figured out how to track the Isolde? I can't find it on any of the tracking sites. What am I supposed to do every day now if I can't check the ship's location?!?!? :D

The only info I could dig up is by voyage number. According to the page, the Isolde left Southampton on July 7th.

That's right my time is getting closer and closer. After a quick call to ask Mini I know now that my MIni is at the dock and is waiting for a ship to take it.... BTW I'm an ex- Miata owner myself. I sold my 1994 to get the down payment on the Mini. :)

Hmmm...I checked again on W&W's tracking page. Under status, it only lists "booked" and "received at terminal". I'm wondering if there's more steps involved. Maybe Abby missed the proverbial boat??? :confused: :(

If it doesn't say "LOADED ON VESSEL" then it probably didn't make it. Although mine showed up a day late, so maybe there's still hope??

I ordered my MINI from the MINI Center in San Antonio (Texas) on June 4th. I received my production from them on June 6th. Still in the "On Order, Scheduled for Production with no estimated Date" stage. Is there a chance it could be built in June, or am I in the July Production Group as well?

1st I must say this is a Great Forum - I have learned a lot in the past few months.. Finally joined today.. Mini on order is for the Mother in Law,.. I have helped her through the entire process... I my self own an IS300

South Bay Mini (So. California) has NO mark-ups on there Mini sales.. I learned that on here too!! :) I was very surprised to learn that Many Mini Dealerships were charging mark ups - I would never buy a car if I had to pay a mark up.. They might as well come out and say we are going to overcharge you $3,000 to $5,000... :eek:

But thanks to South Bay Mini - as since day 1 they are only charging MSRP

OK, I just checked again. According to the page, Abby is still booked on the Isolde and I do not see "loaded on vessel" under status. But the Isolde set sail for NY back on July 7th. I'm confused.

Perhaps it takes time for the page to update or Abby really did missed the boat and the page didn't update yet. But according to their schedule, two ships are scheduled to leave Southhampton this week. The Maersk Tide on July 12th and the Falstaff on July 14.

My MINI convertible was completed July 4th. The first time I tracked the cargo at W&W, on July 5th, it said I was scheduled on the Falstaff. On July 7th it listed me as "booked" on the Isolde. On July 8th it said "loaded on vessel". When I called MINIUSA they told me it was still at the docks! I hope they are just behind on the current status. My wife thinks I'm crazy for tracking it as much as I do, but I can't help it.

Check with your MA at the dealership. They will have the most accurate delivery info. My MCS is listed on the owners lounge for a 7-18 delivery but my MA expects it in by 7-15. It will be interesting to see when I get the call. You know it's getting close when the finance folks at the dealership start contacting you to sign up for BMW Finance. My long wait will soon be over. Yea! :D

I just checked the W&W website and it looks as though I am booked on the Falstaff. As far as when it is to leave port I didn't know how to look that up. But, anyway it looks as though I should be getting my car before the month is out. Also, it shows that the ship will be landing in Charleston, SC. Hopefully it won't take too long to get to KC. :cool:

Upon "Production Completed", it takes 2 to 6 hours for the trip from Oxford down to the Southampton docks. Some cars are loaded directly if a boat is at port and the timing is right.

The Maersk Teal docked at Charleston this morning. A fresh batch of MINIs just landed on shore. Let the fun begin. :yellow:

Check with your MA. It may be loaded on another line other than W&W.

Yeah, I called them right after I checked W&W's site. All MINI know is that my car is on the dock waiting for a vessel. No word on a vessel. :(

I ordered my MCSc from them and mine was completed today (yea!!), the 12th, like yours probably was too!! Now we wait for a boat. It looks like CA-bound MINIs don't go on the WW shipping line so we may never get to know what ship, departure/arrival times but I have my fingers crossed we will be able to track it. In the meantime if you find out what boat yours is on, please let me know as I bet mine will be there too!

I heard its about 1 week from completion to shipping dock...

My MINI was born on Monday (!!!!!!) and it now is on the docks getting put onto a boat.

how did you all find out WHICH boat yours was on? How long should it take for the little guy to get to the East coast? :eb:

Hi there, Ask Mini says that my vehicle is in transit and I need to contact my dealer for any detailed tracking info. However the W&W site doesn't even show my Mini as being loaded yet. I think one of the other is behind or way ahead of the other... *sigh* I just don't know... :confused:

Just got off the phone with my dealer and it looks as though the W&W site has some really wrong info on my car. My Mini has already left England on the 11th and it's not on the boat they stated. They said it was on the Falstaff, really it's on the Ingolstadt. It should arrive at SC on the 24th be there for a week and then travel by truck for three days then arrive in KC. I should have my Mini by the end of this month... :)

We received our 160 code today as well.... This means passed Quality Check and released... I heard it can take up to 30 days to get to CA... :rolleyes:
Oh well, we just have to wait now.... It is cool that are cars will most likely be traveling together..

I haven't picked up the Mini lingo yet, but does MCSc - Mini Copper Supercharged ?
