| -Mr T- | I agree about the pix mate. I uploaded them to a photo hosting site as this was the only way to have better than 'thumbnail' size pix. That's progress for ya! ![]() ![]() |

Offline | Hey guys, almost 1000k’s later and I’m absolutely knackered! ![]() It was a great weekend and thanks for everyone that joined in the fun (esp Simon who had to get up extra early this morning to make the tightly scheduled meeting timetable). I seem to be getting lazier and lazier when it comes to taking photos at Mini meets, too much time gasbagging I suppose, so I haven’t got any photos that are worth the effort of resizing and posting All in all, we were very lucky with the weather and the traffic. It was nice to experience a bit of rain on Saturday but it was not nearly enough to spoil the fun. Given how close the Southern Highlands are for us, take it as given that we’ll be going back for more ![]() Thanks to Tiaan and Mrs Minigolf, the whole of south east NSW knows all about the quality and relative merits of VW Polo GTI’s, Golf GTI’s and various other offerings from the VW Group ![]() Look forward to more picks ![]() Oh, the highlight of the trip would have to be fanging down forest elbow hitting the breaks and having Mr Clever (see picture below – thanks Simon ) roll into the drivers side fool well and almost wedge himself behind the brake peddle ![]() ![]() Jan 06 MCS Checkmate |

Offline | Scotty, seriously, every single twisty road we did on Saturday (in the Jamberoo/Robertson area) is better than Putty. Macquarie Pass especially, the surface is smooth as a babay's bum. ![]() |
