Don't panic, events company is sending out stuff in the next day or two, i am just waiting on a map from them and I will also be contacting everyone. All shaping up good, i will email all those that have registered with their contact numbers and mailing addresses by Thursday. It should all be finalised by Thursday (better be because Julie and I are spending our 28th wedding anniversay away in a quiet location for the weekend.)

Everyone should receive their KMS Packs today by special courier. This will contain the flag to be fitted to your aerial or somewhere similar if you don't have an aerial, parking pass for Star City and meal ticket for Oscars Restaurant, plus some KMS product for your use. Do not lose the parking permit or meal ticket.
There is also a map in the pack which unfortunately is incorrect, i just picked up the error when i received it from the events organiser. i have redrawn the map and will email it to everyone tonight.
I am still waiting for the RSVP list and hopefully will receive this later today, then i will allocate guests to drivers and email these out to you individually. Please note that in most cases you will be collecting 3 guests, so if you have a passenger in your MINI I suggest you drop them at Pyrmont Pier 21 (Doltone House) before collecting your guests where they can see you arrive with your guests and then get a lift with you to the car park at Star City. Meal tickets are only available for Drivers, any passengers will need to pay for their meal at Oscar's Restaurant.
All the details for the night will be included in my emails to everyone either tonight or tomorrow night, depending on when i get the guest list from the Events Organiser.
It is vitally important that if you can't make it on the night that you give me as much notice as possible so i can re-shuffle pick ups etc. Stu Jones will be assisting me on the night taking any last minute "help I'm lost calls" I will provide my mobile and Stu's mobile in the emails i send you.
