Thanks a million Vic, Tom and rocketminime I have added you all to the list.

I am only back in Australia for today and then I head off to the USA tomorrow so if any one has any burning questions today is the day.

I will be putting more information out early February as far as details go, but so far everything is looking great our Marketing teams are working flat out on this production. Hopefully I will have a few surprises in store for those attending re photo oputunities.

We are making up pennant flags to fly on the MINIs antennas with our branding on them, I know a lot of you have "stubby" antennas on your MINIs at the moment but if you still have your OEM whip antennas it would certainly help us if you could put them back on for the night.

BTW, are we all meeting up first to get bearings etc before picking up our "package"? Or will we have the details of who and where we're suppose to be picking up your passengers before hand, and all we'll need to do is pick them up and drop them off?

Yes one day only Yes I'm missing driving the MINI I will have had one tank of gas last me a Month I'm back from this next trip for 2 days then off to Asia for 2 weeks.

As we get closer to the BIG NIGHT each driver will be given a Name, address and contact number of thier "package". Once they have dropped off and parked up (we are trying to gain special permission to park in a designated area on the jetty) everyone can then go and get thier dinner, my Company will book a Restaurant close by.

clubMINI now has 15 MINI's for this event, so adding this to the seventeen or so from MINI2 you have around 32 MINI's and counting, let me know if you want me to stop taking names That is going to be one helluva good looking parking lot (not to mention dinner bill)

Thank again everyone. Before I fly to LA a quick update. Mini2v (Vic ) has volunteer to be co-coordinator for this event. I cannot thank Vic enough for this generous offer. I have just had a look at our celebrity invite list and it is looking very impressive indeed. I am going to cap off with 40 MINIs for the event so there is still time yet to become involved. To help Vic designate drivers to celebrity even though you have responded to this thread could you please drop Vic an e-mail with you MINI2 Name real name (if you have one) and you rego and MINI type and Color to events@nsw.clubmini.com.au Still post to this site also for info and questions and register interest. I will keep checking in here as time and travel permits.
