Hey guys, just wondering if ANYONE around Brisbane or the Gold Coast know how to put a Cooper S chrome fuel cap on a standard cooper?? I have one waiting to be installed but have NO idea how to do it!!! Anybody keen to help me out...of course I will pay you for your time

I want to put it on her soon!!!! Thanks to anyone who can help or know of someone who can help

If you have searched the Motoringfile, Mini2 and NAM forums your last chance might be to come on the ClubMINI Byron run this weekend and maybe we can all work it out together

Here you go... this sounds like a project for Saturday night. You can pay in beer

Luckily it's a quick job so you should be done before anyone falls off the rails!!

Thanks for the info guys....had a read....and well yes it still looks too hard for me!

I can do most things technical but taking off the tyre etc is just a little outta my league!! I hate using the excuse that i'm a girl...but hey i'm a girl and this one is just too hard!!! LOL

So still looking for anyone who knows how to do who will help me out! I'm sure BMW will charge me an arm and a leg to fit it!

Are you coming to Byron Bay this weekend?

I am sure there will be some people there that will be happy to help out but maybe just havent had time to check the forum lately.

Just print out and bring any instructions, etc you have found so far and between us all I am sure it can be worked out over a few beers

No unfortunately i have to work all weekend

I got quoted $110 from BMW to have it fitted!! Anyone out there who would do it for half that? OR know of where I could take it to get it done cheaper??
