Offline | Best deal - Sydney to Newcastle Hi Looking to lease a Mini Cooper and we've found out heaps of good info from your postings. Wouldn't mind getting your collective opinion on one more thing tho. Which dealership has given the best deal on your Mini? I've read posts of $4k off the price on the East Coast. Looking at doing this as part of a novated lease on a Preferred Employee Scheme. It's offering dealer delivery of $900 ($1k saving) and $400 off the base price. Also a finance rate of 7.2%. Sounds like a good deal to me......but have you heard of better? We're looking at a base model Cooper with DSCIII and ASC+T added, plus roofracks (anyone put a 10 foot board on top???), iPod interface and 3 spoke steering wheel. No trade in. Thanks in advance |

Offline | I went to all except BMW at Sutherland and in the end i ended up at BMW Atrarmon.I saved almost $4k ( i Have a lot of options) but the service made me feel i was buying from someone equel to myself. Other dealers would talk down at me and for Gods sake they only sell cars for a living one dealer in sydney's west thought i was just born yesterday, and other wouldnt return calls. Anyway i HIGHLY recommend Michael and Sean ,very friendly and they know their products well. On the finance side i went through GE Finance on a Buisness lease at 7.2% Cheers michael |

Offline | Try Worthingtons at Kariong on the Central Coast they seem to have alot of buyers from Sydney who get much better deal up our way. Ask for Ian the manager and tell him i sent u and if he doesn't give u a good deal, let me know. Lisa a canadian girl who works there is exceptionally good too. Cheers Ann ![]() ![]() |

Offline | I can second the recommendation of Alto ARTARMON - Sean and Michael are very friendly and enthusiastic about MINIs and understand what they mean to prospective owners We got our first MINI "Megan" (2002) there, (salesman then was good too) and went back for "Scarlett", who we picked up on the 10th February. I actually went down a few days earlier to see what sort of trade-in I could get on my Prelude. "Scarlett" had arrived at the dealership the day before, and Sean was more than happy to take me down to see her (along with the new ParkLane and CheckMates I wasn't really supposed to see). He even helped me take pictures of her, so I could take them home and show hubby what his new baby looked like They 'understand', they 'get it' If you go and see them, tell them you got recommendations from 2 people who recently purchased from them. Cheers Avril... |
