We had 3 MINIs at the Wednesday arvo sprints at Qld Raceway this week!

Next sprint day is August 27th if anyone else wants to come out for a fang.

Just thought I would give everyone a heads-up about the ClubMINI Qld Show & Shine which is happening on the 14th September at Portside Hamilton.

Last years event was a huge success with 32 cars on show despite the fact that we had terrible weather on the Sunday. This year we are aiming to crack 50 cars - can you imagine having 50 MINIs lined up on the boardwalk beside the Brisbane River at Portside

If you are a Brisbane MINI owner, you have to put this date in your diary as this is an event that you don't want to miss. There will be more details on the clubMINI website in the next week or so or you can PM me on M2 or email me (president@qld.clubmini.com.au) to register your interest in this event. We are limited to just over 50 cars, so don't leave it until the last minute or you may miss out. Judging from last years event, we are expecting a big turnout and some wild MINIs at this years Show & Shine! There will be a ClubMINI stand where you can join the club or purchase some merch. and we are planning to have some vendors there as well as the MINI Top Gear challenge track (race a remote control MINI around the track and post your time on the white-board to win a prize). Heaps of trophies and prizes are up for grabs, so start detailing your cars now as it's just over 2 months until the big day

Another show 'n' shine day. Great work on organising it again, kudos to clubMINI. Can my car be classified as a Cooper? If so, I will be there. It's the same car as last year, I swear.....
