Busy at the moment unfortunately...

Although good news - off to Splendour in the Grass this weekend!

I might go the long way through the back of the gold coast - there are some good twisties there in the mountains (although the car will be full with another person and a heap of booze)

Well i went to the track and tried the Falken Azenis 225/45ZR17 and the grip was great. One problem, they rub when i try to set my coilovers lower. Would've been better of having the shocks at standard height. Anybody want 'em? I have done 4 laps and driven back from Warwick with them on. I am driving around with them on now if anyone wants to see them.

I will most likely be going as well. They have invited Clubmini members to come along so the more of us Lepers who are there, the more people we will have there that will talk to us!

My first car was a Morris Mini Deluxe with a 998cc engine and it copped a hell of flogging the entire time i owned it. It was also surprising roomy in the back i discovered many times.

So i will go and stick my Mini on the Dyno and see whats she putting out at the wheels for the hell of it.
Oh, and Brett. RE: the sticker power... I may have a few more stickers that may improve the HP on the day as well.

If you want to get your car onto the dyno you have to have registered before hand. I wouldn't be surprised if it is too late by now as they sent out invites weeks ago stating that there were only limited spots for the Dyno runs and requesting people register straight away.

I'll probably go anyway. Might even shine the R56 up and enter it in the show. Just depends how much other stuff is going on around that weekend.

Yep, its on for the 23rd. Emails should be coming out early next week. The venue where dinner was taken last year has closed so I need to do a reccy, not only on the roads but also on a place to meet and eat beforehand.

Car shakes under WOT 100+ so i think its the CV's also when cold there a HORRIBLE screeching sound coming from the supercharger, takes a good 15mins driving for it to go away.
