There is a ClubMini run on about once a month and sometimes a few informal runs over the mountains. There is a ClubMini run this Sunday.

Interesting that you mention that... the dealer gave me a nice little 1:18 scale model to help get me through the wait... I did also look at a couple of Mini's but was a little particular with optional extras... ie Chilli pack, web spoke wheels, moon roof, (possibly chrome line exterior) ... Sounding familiar yet? I have a sneaking suspicion it was you that I put the order in with

Although Lee was the one and only person to gain a model so far, cause I thought he deserved it, you too may be able to own your very own 1:18th scale model with the purchase of your next R56!! LOL

One minor detail youre missing mate... you have to buy the spec of car that matches the model

. Mine is pretty close! The red cloth/leather combo on the seats and the 5 star replica wheels on the car are about the only differences! I will post a pic when I get a chance :P

Gipped! I didn't get a model when I bought my MINI off you....

Ah well, the excellent after sales service more than makes up for it!

I may be soon a owner of a 1:18th scale mini, I hope........ although it will have to be a 08 build

thinking Pepper white black roof Chilli S, and red interior. and chrome grill (not the boring black one)... but that would mean changing my other Cooper S (1967) to keep it matching......

so I may keep along the BRG lines as all my other minis have been

I had a bit of a look around for them on the interslice and there doesnt seem to be many floating around.. The online mini shop has them but in limited colours (Im lucky that the Laser Blue MCS just happened to be the MCS version of the model - possibly because the colour is limited to the S)

Oh I saw a nice JCW S today on Logan Rd....we were stopped at one of the many intersections there... BRG...looked good.... was an older MINI like mine but man I was eating his dust.... LOL

Oh it had CU JIMI on the number plate...

Well, if you haven't noticed, I've been busy washing my car every second day, and then driving it around various places in SE QLD to make it rain......
(i've also been spraying poison on a tree at home - that makes it rain equally as well).....

How many ppl out there have personalised plates?? I have just had a look on PPQ at the site and thought that I would be cunning and pick up a Euro 3x3 or a 3x2 (ok - I am living in the past of recently returning from London...) Sure enough all the ones with "MIN", and a starting number of "1" have gone! (should I wonder why?) I am pretty keen on the Euro plates so I might go for something a little more random if no-one knows how to get their hands (legally that is :P) on a MIN1XX plate.. Any suggestions?

im thinking of getting Nut88 on mine, went for a cruise up to motorlne on sat and i saw sooooo many mini's i even got lost and ran into a motorline mini so i asked for directions lol. those hills are great fun.
