Anyone got a S/C pulley Puller in Sydney?

Hoping someone has a Supercharger pulley puller that I would be able to borrow/rent for a day or so. Preferably in Sydney somewhere.

If you know of one, or actually have one please let me know.

I'm looking for something to do on Anzac day.

Thanks

I have a big hammer, an oxybottle and an angle grinder. that oughta do it.

I love Warsaw. Where else can you hug a pole?

If you have any information, any information at all, please contact me as I'm writing an encyclopaedia.

Well be sure to specify the colour of your car when ordering a pulley - there are different pulley models dependant on the cars colour!

I need to send my pulley back because I forgot to order the CR/W model. When I checked I had a PS/B pulley. Might see if Scotty wants it, but now I have to wait for the new one to come from the US again.

Thanks for pointing that out Tim. Could have been very nasty.

eh? I didn't break it and I didn't "have" to sell it. It was lapping at EC when we were last there, actually!

When I actually next spend a weekend in Sydney, I'll come up. Haven't been home much in the last month

Sorry to hear the wrong one arrived - I hope you can get the correct model ASAP. The extra boost makes the car lots more fun

I heard that If you put a pulley on, you have to change your wheel nuts to stronger ones because of the extra force on them....

That's like getting a shorter belt - it's recommended but not essential.

Didn't they also recommend colour coding the pulley tensioner to your body colour for added effect and extra 5kw at the wheels?

I've heard you can quote a different VIN if you bought the wrong colour pulley. There's more than one way to skin a cat.

Yeah, Im glad I did that along with the stronger harmonic balancer in the wheel hub and magnesium lugs. Could of been nasty on the track unless that guy 'Flipside' told me about it

I'm so glad I read this thread, I am thinking about a pully and it would be just the kind of mistake i would make.

Since I have custom stripes (which added 15kw BTW) do I need to have a specific engine map?

Tommy

You might have to get a custom pulley manufactured I think.
