Australia Team Dynamic Wheels In Oz

Howdy
Thinking of getting a new set of wheels for the GF's baby, and I like the look and weight of the Black Team Dynamic race 1.2.
Does anyone know if you can get these in Australia?
Thanks for any help offered.

Australia

Thanks n00b
I e-mailed Team Dynamic in the Uk, but FARK all response and even tried the tirerack in the US, but same response there.
The reason I am looking at these wheels is the cost, or what I beleive might be the cost.
Looking in the US they are around th 120 USD, so less than 200 AUD, much less than OZ Wheels and they are already black
I guess something else might take my fancy if I have no luck in sourcing in Aus.
However have thought about importing from the us if necessary.
Have a great weekend

You might want to try croydon racing developments up here in Sydney. I saw their ad in the trading post website. They're not Team Dynamic wheels but they look the same. The wheels are Rays Versus Turismo.

Jump onto NAM, PM Alex @ Tirerack (I think that's his username..) and I was shocked when he gave me a quote how much to ship some 17" goodness via Fedex. It's dirt cheap when they've got the volume sending things via them I guess...

I was a fan of Rays wheels but not anymore, their coating on the wheels isn't exactly as dog-wee proof as some of those el cheapo Taiwanese cheapies and a lot of buckled rims nightmare I've heard of late. Unless it's forged, forget about Rays.

I bought my OZ's from the Tire Rack and was very easy all i had to do was a wire transfer (i dont have AMEX) and i had them in a week at my door. A little advise is get them to send them as a pair on seperate orders as once you go over $1000 AU you get slugged at customs for duty and tax but even that was only $400 AU and my wheels were half the price of getting them here.
cheers

Thanks for the ideas.
Would not us Fedex or DHL, as these both attract automatic GST and Duties.
If I was to import from US would us USPS (United States Postal Service) and as mentioned keep the invoice / shipment below $1000.00 to miss customs.
Anyhow, thanks again for the feedback and yes they would look good on anything!

Tire Rack won't ship them via USPS otherwise things would be pretty easy or I suppose you could sign up to that Shop the US or whatever it's called, wire the cash to Tire Rack and get them to ship it to that US address of yours...then forward it via USPS.

asked my 'guy'
he's never heard of team dynamics and reckons postage from the US would cost a fortune
but then of course he just wants me to buy from him and not a website haha

any other more positive news?
