Thanks guys, for all you wishes for Nick I didn't even get a chance to get online yesterday! Then again, I was able to wish him Happy Birthday in person Thanks Anne, for organising this

Nick is improving, thankfully, and has most of the movement back in his face - just dealing with the pain now - which apparently can continue on for some time. He is on medication that really helps this, but he still isn't able to 'function' well enough to return to work. They have been brilliant, and although they are missing him terribly, want him to make sure his is a 100% before even contemplating a return.

Thanks for all your good wishes for his recovery too - I am sure it has helped him a great deal, knowing there are others thinking of him.
