Chilli Red Owners Stickers for you

Okay so you all know that I have changed vehicles from a beautiful EB/W to a Hot Chilli Red MCS/JCW.

It seems I may have caught the Hot Chilli Red Fever real bad as I have had made up our very own Hot Chilli Red Owner's Club Stickers.

So for all those out in MINI2 who are lucky enough to drive a Chilli Red MINI and would like to be a member of the exclusive Hot Chill Red Owner's Club , just let me know via here and PM me your mailing address I'll get a sticker to you.

You can see a sample of the sticker here:-

Please note that the number plate on the sticker will read MINI rather than my own number plate as shown in the pic.
Sticker will measure approx 100mm x 100mm

Jeez the red team are getting their own stickers. A couple of the guys i work with are mad dragons supporters and they get a team newsletter / magazine thingy called "Red Member". Maybe you guys could get your own mag going on.

Thanks for the offer Vic but Narelle and I will be getting a New Hyper Blue MCS chilli at the end of the month and our beautiful chilli red MCS will go as part of the change over. I must say though your car does look the bees knees.

Hey Vic,
Can I borrow your car for a while?
I haven't seen our car for 2 weeks now - its been painted and had all its new bits fitted and is sitting patiently waiting for its new windscreen.
In the last 5 weeks, we have only had the car for 1 week....
I am beginning to forget what it looks like....

i'll put you down for one, it will take about a week to get them printed once i have an idea of the numbers, so i'll post it if we don't arrange a Chill Red Run beforehand.

Hey Vic,
Isn't Chili spelt with only 1 'L'?
Chili Red = 1 'L'
Chilli Pack = 2 'L's

So what was the story did they admit any liability for poor paint work? Your experience led me to getting the OZICOZI treatment all over HCR

Vic

The story goes something like this:
The paintwork on the bonnet and front bumper is up to/or exceeds BMW's paint specifications for thickness and hardness. Sorry nothing to do with us!

To which I said "fair enough if all the other cars had the same damage, but not of them had anywhere near the paint chips!!!".

They suggested I take it up with the RTA!
Sorry but I will probably only live another 40 years, so little chance of finalising anything with them!!

I phoned NRMA for some advice on what to do re: RTA, and they advised me to put it through as a claim!!!
So, freshly painted bonnet, aero front bumper, aero side skirts, windscreen cowl, new headlights, mirrors, foglights, windscreen and bonnet stripes later - who am I to argue.
The excess was $500, but my dealer did tint the windows last week and did not charge me (saving $350) - so, all up, it cost $150!!!
The freshly painted aero front bumper will not be getting fitted on the car until I have had OZICOZI put on it.

I am REALLY missing the car - out of the 7 weeks of ownership, we have only had it for 3 weeks!!!!

Hi Vic, count the canberra RED in please. The sticker looks really good. You know the round one would look really good on the new grill holder thing some of us got from the US via Kurt.

I'll send you a pm with address etc.
