clubMINI have been officially accepted as a participating club in the Shannon's German Autofest which is being held on Sunday 15 October on the lawns in front of ANZAC Parade. The event runs from 10am to 3pm.

We have been allocated about 18 spots so it would be really helpful if you could indicated your interest so I can keep track of who is coming and make sure no one misses out on a spot.

For public liability purposes, anyone wishing to enter their MINI needs to be a paid up clubMINI member. If your not a member, I will arrange to have membership forms available on the day so you can join up.

There will also be a show and shine award which will be based on external cleanliness/presentation only

It would, however, be nice if the inside was clean too

I need 1 volunteer to man the gate for half an hour between 8:30am and 9:30am (I'll man it for the other half hour).

Will post more details as they come up.

Well, there will be a whole bunch of, for the most part, very nice looking German cars such as classic Porsche's and classic VW's as well as the latest and greatest German cars. There will also be lots of sitting around socialising. I think Kyle is organising food/BBQ too

I'll check to see if I'm free on the 15th. (My wife is the only one that knows). It would be a good reason to head to Canberra to visit my sister.
