Just wondering if anyone in Australia subscribes to Mc2 magazine from America??

Myself and another clubMINI member were charter subscribers and are having delivery problems for the last three issues (out of five total issues). Mc2 keep advising that we are the only people in Australia not receiving our magazine but I find it strange that 8 magazines to two different addresses have gone missing.

Yesterday my June copy arrived after travelling from India via seamail. Mc2 magazine are now using their third distribution company in less than 12 months but wont believe that the company they were using were outsourcing to India (like nearly everything else these days!!).

They have refused to renew my subscription (as if I would through good money after bad) but legally I want them to refund the USD$13 for the next two issues or to make sure that they are delivered via normal mail (which is how the last two issues) arrived.

Can anyone help with information if they have had problems with their delivery.

If you were thinking of subscribing I would think carefully as you may not see the magazines and at the moment they have no other distribution method for Australia.

They are going to have trouble selling them if they treat their customers like this

The Australian mags like wheels fall over themselves to get you to subscribe.

I have subscribed and didn't realise i have missed some too. I know the guy who runs it i will see whats happening if i can. But probably won't be before christmas as i am in Kaos mode at the moment. Talk about silly season. No i know why i didn't get an issue for so long. mmmmm.

I got my Issue No 5 by special delivery today (ie it didnt come via India).

I guess Issue 4 and the original Issue 5 are still on their way via India again and will see them about May 2007.
