Not looking good for me for Sunday

I have wrangled a Saturday, so may be able to go to the cricket (if it is still on) but unfortunately Sunday is still not looking promising

Went and took Rams and his mate Big Dave to Port Stephens for quad biking and lunch. Weather was pretty crap in the morning but turned out great. Good day out...

Had a quick chat with Scotty, and he's mentioned he'll try and make it down to PITS for this Sunday morning. Would be good to see his cheery face after a long absence. See you folks on Sunday. I've got the rest of my holidays to enjoy!

Please be at PITS as close to 9.00am as possible and bring your UHF Radios with fully charged batteries if you have them.
Hopefully we will set off in convoy at around 10.30 am up OPH from there we will decide on a longer drive for those that want to come along. Please be prepared for a few more stops than usual to change camera angles and camera cars.
This is going to be a fun filled day and everyone will have a memento of it courtesy of Rams.

See you all in the morning.

Dave, it takes approx. 30 - 40 mins depending on Traffic and how fast you want to go.

PITS is in Cowan. It's abbreviated for Pie In The Sky. Basically get on Old Pacific Hwy, and it's the only road side cafe on your right hand side if you're heading from Berowra to Mooney Mooney.

I was glad that things worked out and I was able to make it. It was good to meet new people, and to catch up with old friends

Didn't get to take many photos, to busy chatting, but did snap a few in the car at the end

First chance I have had to drive the OPH since getting the car and it was heaps of fun

How's that guy on the Ducati's form? No wonder motorcyclists get a bad wrap with d**kheads like him around - nothing like overtaking over double yellows into blind corners

I used to ride the OPH heaps and know how much fun it can be but when you do things like that life can end in an instant

Hope the rest of the run was fun - I bailed out with Smurfn and headed back north

I had a great time today and it was a huge turn out. About 26 cars and I don't think there was any the same!

My ASC, ABS and Tyre warning lights all came on half way through the drive

, so I had to take it a bit gingerly from then one! Thanks STU00Z and the ChilliRed's for stopping and then later turning back to see if I was OK!

I hope you got some good footage RAMS and I look forward to seeing the finished product!
