Offline | The R56 Nut Just Got His R56 Wee.... I've got my R56 today at about 11am AEST at Kingsway MINI Garage. Delivery was smooth, I even met up with PM Mike. Anyway I've done about 100+km so far so good no problems. Although the car is still learning the way I drive so gear change can be a bit funny as it's a Auto. Other than no probs very happy about it... the only problem is the weather today was a bit Melbourne.. so the car is in a yucky state. Oh if you guys are wondering what I'm driving here's the spec: Cooper S Chilli Pack Auto Transmission Sparkling Silver Black roof and stripes 17" Crown Spokes Lounge Leather Sat-Nav iPod Integration and the others are included in the Chilli Pack REMEMBER TO WAVE WHEN YOU SEE ME ![]() oh, sorry guys about no pictures. But i'll take some when I've washed the car and the weather is sunny. I won't be driving the car for a month though sadly... as I'm going overseas for the holidays. But after I'll definitely look forward to a drive with the boys |

Offline | I've sort of grown attached to the default one so i'm keeping it. I've also decided to name it after the Queen as if it wasn't for her b.day I would've got it a day earlier!! |

Offline | Hmm.. never thought of the four 17" Crown Jewels... good pick up Mike!! Yeah thanks guys, just small reply means the world to a new owner, cheers!! Definitely looking forward to a run with you guys!! Yea MiniMiL, I think the lounge leather was definitely worth every buck, sorry Mike hehe... when we meet up, u'll always have a seat reserved in my Lizzy. Oh and the iPod interface, FORGET what you read on the forum.. it's one of the best decision I've made. That and the Sat-Nav. You know how they say it's buggy and u'll lose the small cubby hole/storage compartment... not in my case... just love it!! Again cheers guys... will definitely post pics up soon... damn this melbourne weather!! |
