Thanks callan. Is the price you mention quoted from a mini service place?. The place i went to quoted 1100 all up including labour

360+560+Bmw's Outrageous service charge sounds about right, i just ordered some after market pads and gave the guys down at the local good year a carton of Crownies to fit my pads ! hehe

Does anyone know where I can buy red brake calipers for the cooper and any idea of a price?
I would reckon red calipers would look excellent.

Supercheap - bout $15 if that

dont forget same brake cleaner and maybe a wire brush to remove all the old crud

Ruben is refering to the paint, to buy a new pre painted caliper it would be quite expensive.
