Storms forecast for Thursday & Friday, which I presume means more like 8am Saturday morning?

The government should pay for us to have a run twice a week , this would ensure the dams have 100% capacity within 3 months !

Thanks to everyone that came to Byron for being such a great crowd to hangout with. Missed the rain, floods and tornado by only a few hours and had a great weekend instead.

We need to do it again one day. That breakfast this morning was to die for!!!

For all the people that missed out - too bad, so sad !!!

Was a great weekend away, plenty of nice windy roads with great views although inconvieniently held up buy an arrogant *** in a VS commy . The gravel shortcut we took was abit different to say the least ;P unfortunatly though i think it broke engine mount no3 in 2 months :S, got home and checked the car and there hydralic fluid all around it :'( , was worth it though

, ill upload some pics tomorrow, way to tired now hehe. ow and yes the lunch and breakfast was awesome ! also to mention Ty to judy and co for organising a great run.

first two is the morning tea stop at some little cafe that sold alpackas lol,
next we have the bachelor pad
and then we have the breakfast trip (annette was to intoxicated to drive

The weekend at Byron was great fun - I have a new appreciation for my MINI - not just a pretty car. These little cars can handle so well - although I am sure I don't know the half of it yet and wasn't willing to try either with my kids in the back threatening to be sick from all the rapid twisting and turning. Probably would have been good to have the UHF radio thingy to know what was going down when I got left behind and ended up finding my own way to Nimbin - but still beat you there strangely enough - where did you all go all that time?

Had to spend a while getting the car clean afterwards - so much dust in every crevice and a bit of mud too But still looking forward to the next trip...
