DIY JCW or similar open cone air filter

Not sure if this is the right place to stick this but...


I have a bog standard Cooper R50 and I'm chasing a bit more oomph, better throttle response and a more pronounced induction sound. Any ideas where I can pick up an open cone air filter without breaking the bank?
