Hello Ruth - I am not sure of my schedule yet - I may be working away from home during that time.

I shall come if I can.

Cheers

Hey Ruth,
Nothing outlandish about any Turbo claims I have made, all 100% truth, honest!?!?!

Tony,
It'd be great to see you on the 20th if you can make it. This run was my first run with clubMINI....when I first saw that 10km winding road sign, well... Definite try to make this one, its an excellent drive.

I was wandering if some of you Vics can help me. What's the easiest way to get to Scoresby from the CBD and roughly how long would it take? Have to meet someone out there, and its rather important. Thanks...

Monash Freeway is good (get off Ferntree Gully Road) but not during busy peak hours, we don't call it the Monash Carpark for nothing.

Take Kings Way to Queens Road onto Dandenong Road (Princes Hwy) then left at Ferntree Gully Road through to Scoresby.

I live there and it takes anywhere between 35 minutes to 1 hour depending on time of day.

Early morning before peak = 35 mins
Morning peak = 45-50 mins
Late morning through to late afternoon = 35 mins
Evening Peak = 50-60 mins.

If you take the Monash Fwy from the city, you need to pay tolls and you never know how well it will travel. It only takes one accident to stuff the whole thing up!

It's never taken me any longer than an hour at the most using the route I suggest.

Hope this helps and your meeting goes well!

Cheers..... Geoff
