im looking to buy a R56 MCS... and juz wondering wht spec do we get??

Hi ph1l welcome to MINI2
You can order whatever spec you want but if you are buying from the dealers showroom stock then all cars in WA are chilli pack.
The best approach is to get yourself along to the dealers and see what they have in stock.

Make sure of 2 things
1. Its an S
2. You spec LSD :P - for a $200 option its EXTREMELY worth it

cheers mate... yea lsd is one of the thing i wanna get... but i think you guys get the question wrong hehe i thought like mini cooper have lik Euro or US spec and stuff do u know wht i mean??

Aus has its own spec in that some things that are options in Europe are standard here.
Without knowing which model you are after I would either use the MINI configurator on MINI Australia or nip down to the dealers.
