Hi All,
Just wanted to introduce myself to teh forum. In particular to GoGadget & the Canberra & NSW Mini club Guys. I Just bought a 06 Cooper S Checkmate. Pick it up on Wednesday & can't wait. I've wanted one of these cars for ages.

I'm a good mate of Al's (GoGadget) & have been on a few runs with the Canberra & NSW mini club members. Hi to Liam & Andrew in Canberra...dunno if you remember me - but I'm sure you remember the trip to the Snowy mnt's a couple of years ago with GoGadget & I !!

anyway I'll appear here regularly & post pic's of the motor when i get it. Also wanted to start to ask about sports kits, wheels, & other "tweaks" to the car......but that can wait for a little while yet...... I'll revisit soon

Glad you posted up here. The guys and girls around here will give you plenty of technical advice when it comes to Mods. Post up picks when you pick it up on Wednesday...................You didn't say what color it is

Hi Derrick,
we have 2 groups going to Gingin,
one to show off their cars. leaving early and driving straight to Gingin, let me know if you want to join that one and I'll get details of their meeting place

The rest of us, will take a scenic drive via Clackline & Toodyay, meeting at Auto Classic at 9:00 for a 9:30 start.
