Offline | I'd say the speedo is over-reporting. Whenever they report speedo accuracy results in Wheels magazine, the speedo is invariably a little bit over actual speed. Offline | hey MRSHEP - glad you made it! I have seen two red S's in two days and I love them! ![]() As for the on board fuel consumption computer - it's a joke. I reset one of mine (nav has two of them) every time I fill up, and comparing how many litres the car takes and what the trip computer says, to the l/100km readout the screen gives - the screen is way out. Every time... ![]() ![]() |

| MINI2 Newbie | IML337- Thanks for the welcome. I'm having tooooooooo much fun to worry about the fuel consumption. I'm starting to see more on the road in the Eastern Suburbs. It doesn't matter what colour they are, THEY MAKE ME HOOORNAY.Rich - I've got a couple of digital shots of MRSHEP, but they're too big to post here. My puter skills aren't flash enought for me to reduce them in size. SHEP. |

Offline | ...There's talk of maybe a Blue Mountains run, but nothing firm organised yet I'm guessing people are a bit booked over Christmas, but we've got a big enough contingent now for someone just to do something impromptu & probably get a reasonable turnout ![]() Cooper S, Jet Black w/ white roof, silver 16" X-Lite wheels, DSC, MFSW, dark tinted windows ...It's here & I love it! |

Offline | You can't beat Chilli Red and White IMHO. A Blue Mountains run would be good for us Canberra based MCS owners as well. Dean MCS CR/W with bonnet stripes, DSC, full leather, MPSW, alarm. trip computer, X-Lites Superduperminicooperexpertengineering |

Offline | 4 MP models are certainly getting cheap. I paid a real premium for my 5 MP model about 3 weeks ago, $2500 for a Nikon Coolpix 5700. I've seen decent 4 MP models under $1500. If I was in the market for a digital camera personally, i'd buy a 4 megapixel model. I purchased the 5700 through my company, and needed the highest resolution possible for under about $4k.
