Offline | risking license points?? bah! risk = return, and the fun I had between Jamberoo and the Pie Shop was worth risking a lot for!! Driving up that mountain really made me realise why I spent so much on such a small car so... much... FUN!!! ![]() heh, it was my pleasure Welcome to the world of the Cooper S ![]() Once again a superb day and a great turnout. My apologies to those who waited at Homebush for me because I was late, and for the confusing route to the National Park, but I just did what 'suzy' told me to do! ![]() It was great to meet those that I hadn't already, and having that many MINI's in a row sure does turn heads!! *Click here for a selection of the images I took* Thanks for a great day! I'm not commenting on the big potato (my image gallery reveals the truth behind the nature of the structure) though I will hold it with similair levels of contempt to the 'Ayers Rock' which unfortunately still exists in what was the "Leyland Brothers World" amusement park on the North Coast... ![]() Cheers, Tim so where is Robertson again?? ![]() ![]() Last edited by IML337 : Nov 24th, 2002 at 07:31 AM. |

Offline | Minolta Dimage X $749 @ Camera House inc. Minolta leather case & 8MB SD card (I have a 32MB also - It needs it) It's not bad for a compact... 1600x1200 pics (1.9 MP), variable focus (unlike the Casio Exilim) and clever internal optical zoom (vertically mounted using a prism) Pretty basic feature set, but perfect for snaps & small enough to make sure you always have a camera handy - I actually bought it for my wife to take pics of my daughter whenever/wherever Recommended, if that's the sort of camera you're after Apparently a 3MP version (the Xi) is due soon but personally I doubt if the optics are good enough to make that extra resolution usable Cooper S, Jet Black w/ white roof, silver 16" X-Lite wheels, DSC, MFSW, dark tinted windows ...It's here & I love it! |

Offline | Heh, I thought you were looking a little dozy. Don't worry, you're not the only one who didn't know where Robertson was. Anyway, thanks to Rich for buying me lunch to make up for what will now be known as the "Macquarie Pass incident". The dramatic scene seconds after someone yelled "SHE'S GONNA BLOW!". For five brief minutes all attention was taken away from the giant spud. I wonder how well a wrought iron candle would burn?
