Excellent, I suppose the only thing we have to watch out for is the usual double demerit points for a long weekend

Still, i suggest we take a drive up the old Pacific highway a couple of times .....

Staying with friends in St Peters. and as for double demerit? ha, I have no points left anyway, double, nothing, one, one hundred, it's all the same to me! hehe of course I don't condone silliness.

Oh and for anyone who does't know you can't cross the solid line at the lights even if you have stopped and are turning. I crept over the line facing a red arrow, green straight ahead, and got done, three points.. *sigh* I only just got those three back! sheesh

I'll be in Sydney on Sunday 26/Monday 27 for the George concert at the Opera House. Unsure whether i'll be driving the Cooper S, or driving the Outback to Sydney. I'm still nervous about taking the MCS to Sydney, particularly given I can only park it on the street at my relo's.

If a substantial Mini event ends up being organised, I might consider bringing the MCS along.

Ive got a Suzuki Mighty Boy that i use for a run around car if anyone wants to borrow it for the run whie im in Melbourne that weekend.

drive down friday night, sleep saturday till the wedding, fairly early night saturday then available all day and night sunday. probably drive back starting first thing monday morning to stay ahead of the traffic. be home by mid afternoon if all goes to plan. am going to try to do the trip with just one petrol stop. I think on highway cruise I may be able to do it. If not at least I'll finally know if it can reach the 800K range the computer says I can get each time I fill up. wish me luck.

oh and Boo did you try to call me on the weekend? I missed a call from sydney and two private numbers last night whilst on another call.
