Hello fellow Aussies,

Was at The Rocks this morning (NSW) when I came across this red Cooper, so I sneaked in for a quick picture of both our Minis

Is the owner of this red Cooper anyone from this forum?

I also thought, why not post a thread in Mini2, to list pics of fellow Aussie Minis? If you don't mind to share, please post pics of your Minis here, maybe even with the number plates so if we see you on the road, we can say G'day!

Here's my LY/B Cooper after I installed the black triple stripes and liquid yellow checkers last week.

If you buy these decals from BMW or Cooperflags.com you’re looking at around $800.

All I did was go to a sign writer who cuts and deals in vinyl, had him cut 20 liquid yellow squares and the triple stripes for the bonnet and back and all it cost me was $95 all up! Same 3M material as the BMW stripes and checkers.

It took around four hours to complete.

Unfortunately I won't be able to repeat this photo as the pine forest burnt down in last weeks fires.

The car also doesn't look this clean at the moment due to water restrictions.

That is an excellent photo! You guys sure like your cars... and all I've got is a Corolla

It's dangerous to hang around you guys, cos I'll try to drive my 'rolla like a mini, and come unstuck somehow

It gets me from A - B, but it's no mini...

Presently, I'm happy and lucky to be aquainted with swamos! And, I'm only 18, so at this stage, I'll have to live with envy, at least until I can safely handle one of these machines... and afford it
