I appreciate any offers of seats on a mini run!

Maybe next time if you're prepared to offer seats!

Cheers,

Alas I tried but her lifestyle is too busy, she is bowling during the day and going to a concert that night. The offer was very tempting I know that. I threatened to bring the 14 Minis to her house to win her over and that would work I think.. hehe.

On a side note, CooPz is being Pimp tinted as we speak. just remains for AussieMini to give me the name of that "other" vinal place he was talking about so I can go stripey!

I'd be all for getting a bunch of our MINI's to her place to woo her back for you, that would be cool by the way I hate to be picky but "vinal" as you spelt it (sounds like something SWAMOS didn't want us posting about on this thread!) it's actually spelt "vinyl" sorry for the spelling lesson Coopz. I'm trying now really really hard not to get off topic about VINYL....or PVC...or shiny leather. Like in the MATRIX!

BAD JASEMINI
TURN THE "ASC" BACK ON AND GET BACK ON TOPIC!

sometimes it's hard to be a good MINI all the time.

First Respone: OH Sh*t that's gotta get a off topic warning.
Second Response: Yep! though I'd rather short hair, like the girl in the Matrix.

You'd better edit that post before you cop it, how did that get past the moderator???

Vinyl for CoopZ

Hi CoopZ, here's the contact details for the place I got my vinyl from.

Decal Design & Stripes
168 Knapp St
Fortitude Valley, QLD, 4006
Ph: (07) 3252 7771

I know you live down the coast so if you want, I can pick up whatever you need and you can fix me up when I see you on Saturday. Up to you though. I couldn't imagine those Cobra stripes would be worth any more than $30 or so. (Sorry to the guys who paid $200+).

I AM THE VISCOUNT OF VINYL!!!!!!!!!!!!!

that would be great, do you know the dimensions I need? I think they have them on the Rogue engineering site, and I need enough to do the bonnet from under the scoop to the windscreen and the boot from the rear screen to bottom of the hatch. What sort of tools will I need? how long blah blah blah,, Should I wax the car and detail it before doing it to make sure theres nothing going under the vinyl?

etc etc.

I AM THE PRINCE OF PVC!!!!! hehe

MMM nice pics but it looks really HOT, weather that is.
I'm quite looking forward to the run this Saturday. I just hope this rain is gone by Friday so the roads are nice and dry and so I can wash my grubby little MINI. He looks disgusting, road grime all over the boot and door sills, brake dust caked on wheels, I'm feeling suitably depressed about the state of my Lil' Red Rooster. But I'll give him a really good bath on Friday night so he's all spived up for his playdate on Saturday with his mates.

Woo Hoo

BOO HOO BOO HOO I am very upset to be shown images of such a graphic nature, you are very cruel and mean to let you MINI get that dirty. No wonder you had to put it in for repairs when you got back. I think it'll be a while before I take my MINI anywhere near dirt roads, but I'm sure that day will come, I'll have to carry a tarp with me to put down on the dirt as I drive along, or rather my wife can put down the tarp whilst I drive well if she doesn't have her licence she's gotta do something! (MAN I would cop a whack if she read that)

Speaking of my wife I'd better go and pick her up.
only 3 sleeps till the big run on Saturday

Cheers Boys

Now I have ordered my MINI I thought it was time to start posting. If all goes to plan early next week I will be the proud owner of a Pure Silver Cooper CVT with 16 inch 5 star wheels and sport seat. I tried to get it for Saturday but swapping the seats with another Cooper will not happen until next week. I'll post several thousand photos when it arrives.
