| MINI2 Senior | First one in a long time Hi MINI Pilots, here's my first real indication I am no longer driving a Mitibishi Colt. Damn fast MINIs. Must be those infernal racing stripes!!! This turned up in the mail yesterday. I rather think it's a good photo of my MINI. |

| MINI Traitor | Re: Brisbane Motor Show Ausmini, on the above photo, my sympathies. Can't say it suprised me though. Don't worry, it's not about safety, it's just another road tax. If we go to the show on Friday, when are we going to wash the MINI?? I'll talk to you about this today. |

| MINI Traitor | Re: First one in a long time Just had another look at that photo. Don't those clear taillights look B****dy smick An aren't you a mass murderer?? Driving along on a deserted three lane divided highway at 11 kilometres over the limit. You could probably have been doing 80 safely there. "Ever K over is a killer" my *****. This is fleecing, NOT policing. Oooow, dont get me started ![]() Last edited by swamos : Feb 5th, 2003 at 09:46 PM. |

Offline | Re: Re: Brisbane Motor Show EXACTLY Steve, I might be keen for the Motor Show tomorrow night, but that means I'll have to be washing the MINI at 10:30pm that night or 6:00am Saturday morning. Go for the Saturday morning option and as you're motoring along on the run you think I'll just put my window down and enjoy the mountain air - STREAKS!! it takes a minimum of 6 hours for the inside of the door window seals to dry that means I can't put my window down till at least 12:00 Saturday I'm not obsessed, I'm just careful and considerate toward my MINI Danny, I'll let you know about the Motor Show my wife will think I'm having an affair with you & Steve considering we've had lunch one day this week, considering the Motor Show tomorrow night and getting together on Saturday oh yeah and we all talk online most days Do we need help? NO WAY WE JUST NEED MORE PEOPLE TO COME ALONG TO JUSTIFY OUR HABIT. Now when can I wash my MINI Cheers Boys Jase ![]() 02 MCS gone after 2 years of fun and new friends, and 10 visits to the service dept at Brisbane BMW. Offline | YAY! Cjay, welcome aboard. I have some nice footage of myself driving to work, that mount makes a mockery of in car vibration. when I post the footage you'll notice a disconcerting feeling of moving sideways. I wasn't actually drifting but the way I mounted ( over the pasenger seat 3/4 perspective) gives an effect that caused me a small amount of motion sickness during replay. I tried to make a personal album to store them in but it didn't work.. is MINI2 personal section having problems? |

| MINI Traitor | Re: Re: Re: Brisbane Motor Show What is wrong with washing the mini tonight, or Saturday morning. It shouldn't take more than an hour to wash your MINI, or your wife does have reason to worry! I don't have the window smearing problem, although Eltel has reported the same thing. |

Offline | Re: Re: Re: Re: Brisbane Motor Show The only thing my wife has to worry about is the ammount of time I spend with a bunch of guys I hardly know and met on the internet, but honestly it's great to make such honest geniune new friends and the fact that we all drive the coolest car in the world is a bonus. SEE ALL YOU GREENIES, CARS ARE GOOD, THEY BRING PEOPLE TOGETHER. If I wash the MINI tonight I guarantee it will rain tomorrow and it will get dirty again, so I'll do it on Saturday morning and keep my windows up (next time you wash your MINI Steve wind the windows down afterwards and the window rubbers leave a streaky mark on the glass, it will ahppen to any car). I would say I'm a 80% chance for tomorrow night at the Motor Show but I'll do the right thing and check with the MRS. She was supposed to be on this big girls night out booze up thing, but I don't know if it's still on. If she's still in on it I'm with you guys,if she's at home well sorry fellas it's FRIDAY night at home with the wife - nudge nudge wink wink SAY NO MORE I'll give either you or Danny a call about it when I can. Soon I will have no internet but don't worry I'll get it hooked up at home! weeee.I wonder how well vinyl would grip the seats? everyone complains about the leathers not holding them... I don't seem to have that problem, I guess my butt is just big enough to fill the seat properly ![]() So I says to the cops, I says, "nah mate, that wasn't my tyres screeching, that was my passengers" Last edited by CooPz : Feb 6th, 2003 at 04:49 AM. |

Thankfully I don't have a PC at home as I'd be online all the times just waiting to talk MINI to anyone who'd listen, and I'd look at other stuff, that we're not supposed mention, too much as well. The key is look like you know what your doing all the time. Cheers 02 MCS gone after 2 years of fun and new friends, and 10 visits to the service dept at Brisbane BMW.
