Offline | after market bits and pieces I've seen the add ons you can buy from the US and UK, but does anyone in Australia (esp. Melb.) sell these? I'm thinking about that little square insert that fits in front of the gear stick, where one might toss a phone and a pen.... any advice? regards Daisy ![]() |

Offline | Welcome to the Aussie list, daisy. You must join us on a drive. There is one coming up on May 17/18, as swamos is going to be in town. Did you really get your chilli red cooper in 2001? ![]() I'd be keen to buy in with you if we can save on shipping costs. Any others interested? http://www.gotmini.com/miniint.htm Regards, ElTel Last edited by eltel : Mar 27th, 2003 at 05:57 PM. |

Offline | daisy, I've emailed TVA and received a nice email back from them. If I put in an order for 5 Hot Pockets at US$24.95 each then he'll charge us US$15 for shipping. Understandably to obtain any sort of volume discount we'd have to order > 50 items. That makes it 24.95 x 5 = 124.75 + 15 = 139.75 / 5 = 27.95 each. Convert that to AUD it becomes $47.37, say $50. I'm happy to put an order in for 5 for the Victorian crew that might want one, so far that's myself and Spazz, and I'm sure the other 3 will go like hotcakes (money first, please). Can someone in NSW put together an order for 5. That's at least Boo and yourself, and the other 3 will go like hotcakes. Likewise QLD, SA, WA, Tas, ACT Randy Carlson TVA Automotive @ bugnbox@earthlink.net is the guy. Website http://www.gotmini.com Regards, ElTel |

Offline | Sorry about that NSW tag. You are so nice to deal with, I should have realised that you are a Victorian. ![]() I'll PM you my address and details. Then, if you send me a cheque for $50 I'll put you on the list. As soon as I've got 5 on the list I'll send the guys in the States my credit card details and then we sit back and wait. I won't bank the cheques until I've got all cheques from all orderers. Regards, ElTel - are you coming for a drive on 18th May? Check the Aussie thread. Now you've changed your delivery date to 2005. I'm confused. |

Offline | AJ, you're almost a Victorian by association. If you keep hanging around good examples like Melody, it's bound to rub off.Re the cheque, glad to help you out, wish there were many more opportunities to repay your kindness and generousity. ![]() Regards, ElTel |

Offline | Thanks disdis, I knew there was a harder version out there. I'll contact them about the shipping costs for 5 and we'll take it from there. The article costs the same as the Hot Pocket. Regards, Eltel |
