i posted it somewhere else .. but has anyone in Australia set up an iPaq mount in there Mini. Wondering if there is software in Australia for the navigation funtions ...

They said it would be available 12 months after release in the EU market so best guess is end of the year for us

there is a place in Sydney I think it's called Navman thay are working on a satnav for PDA give them a call

i know that they have an official pda thing happening in like around 12 months ... but it just sounds like installing it yourself is so much cheaper ... the most expensive thing will be the software and the GPS thingy ... (Ihave the ipaq already) ... $500 ?

no idea on price I am trying to order the original mini gps module as a special order.

DS/DS can't beat it hehehehehe

The Mini unit also controls stereo (allowing you to add music to ipaq and playing it) as well as being your in car mobile phone... it's pretty trick..

Would be interested if anyone has pricing and availability info on this accessories for the Mini.

We currently have another Land Cruiser fitted with nav system, a great time-saver when it comes to finding address, not to mention less argument with the SWMBO (she who must be obeyed)...
