Sydney MINI Wedding - MCS's required :) *November 22*

Hello all,

Just posting to gauge interest at this stage, but a mate of my brothers got engaged a week or so ago, and seems pretty set on having Cooper S's as his wedding cars.

Obviously (from previous events) it's not hard to find a few owners that are more than willing to participate, but I'm trying to see if there are many Sydney based owners who have DS/W cars with 17" s-spokes who would be willing to participate?

I haven't spoken to the guy yet (only my brother) but the suggestion was made that it would be nice to have cars that are all the same spec.

If you have a car that fits the mould (or even if you don't, but have an S and are willing anyway!) please post your interest here and I'll try and get some more info together soon.

Wedding is targeted for Jan/Feb at this stage I think?

Also, I am experienced in these matters. I know how to give the swamos(tm) treatment to wedding cars.

You know where a DS/B MCS is if you need to make up the numbers ... I have to admit though I think the other criteria should be drivers no taller than 5 feet ... there ain't much leg room behind my seat

This back on the agenda again - I have a firm schedule of where we have to be and when, and basically I need four other S's (obviously I will use mine also) from about 12pm to 5pm on Saturday November 22, and all detinations are in the Castle Hill area.

Could anyone interested (nhodge did say yes a while back but I'll reconfirm with him) please drop me a line and we can organise to meet somewhere for a drink to discuss the details.

For clarity, you will be driving your own cars, and partners are invited, though we're not quite yet sure how to transport the partners in cars that have the bridal party in them?!
