Hi did any other WA viewers watch With out aTrace last night? If not you really Missed out.

In the ad's there was an ad for Home Building society. It featured 3 Mini coopers and did all these stunts driving on the road, driving on the stairs, jumps, driving on the foot path. and to cap it off they stopped at a scholl crossing where a young girl gave a Mini wave and the Mini flashed back at her

(like the japanese mini ad for rover in the 90's) all to the tune of "The Self preservation society" with the song rewritten for the bank, which by the way I didn't see nor did they show any deals or anything. First off I thought it was a Mini TV ad, then I remebered they don't do ad's.

KEEP AN EYE OUT For it. I have a copy of it, on VHS does anyone know how to get it off a VHS and onto a SVCD?

Mini don't do adds? I've seen the bulldog Mini add on TV before several times at night.

Out of the 6 tv stations we get + pay I've never seen a Mini ad there again This is regional tv we get

They're not on often, but they're on really late at night if ever.

Hi Brett, No I don't work for them

seen the ad twice now. Home apparently bought 10 Coopers. They had one originally which was not the best looking car around. The new 10 are all done in the same theme that shows up on their web site.

For those who haven't seen the ads here is a pic of the old Home car and one of the new ones.

The ads will be on their web site next week I've been told, so keep a lookout for it. As Mike will agree, it's definetly worth downloading

The ads look fantastic.

Drove past them shooting some shots of the Minis on the footpath in East Perth near the roundabout on Plain St.

Does anyone know whether they did any mods to the cars for the jump scenes or driving down the stairs?

Between the clubMINI guys and gals in Bris, we have enough video cameras to film the feature length Oz version (and we can use that ad for the trailer).

Because Brisbane Realty and Rentlo are now exclusively using Coopers, we've got a heap of stunt cars available to anyone handy with a lock pick. Hmmmm!

Yes, mods were made to the mini's that Home building society used. Suspension on some of the cars were modified, (raised) and sump guards fitted to protect the underbody. Also dark limo tint was applied to all windows and the windscreen (made driving them interesting!). Also the electrics were modified slightly to allow for remote operation of the lights etc.

Good add though!
